LEARN about your benefit options:  1) watch video 2) read brochure PDF's as well as the exclusions 3) review the page "The NEED" so you are fully informed of why your employer is offering you this benefit

Enter the Ease enrollment platform (with URL provided), create a user name and password and make your elections from your desktop or mobile app. REMEMBER, all policies will be issued regardless of health during Open Enrollment

Make sure your elections are complete BEFORE enrollment is over.  ALL EMPLOYEES must elect "YES" or "DECLINE" each benefit offered.  Policies will be effective January 1st with deductions starting on Jan 10th
